The Cool Solution is the More Natural Solution
What is Coolsculpting
A Non-surgical fat reduction technology that gently and effectively targets the fat cells underneath the skin while leaving the skin itself unaffected. Unlike a lot of other fat reduction procedures, CoolSculpting takes very little time and is pretty simple to fit into your daily life. This is a non-invasive procedure meaning you can get right back to doing what you love immediately after treatment! Consultation is free.
What to expect
Depending on your personal treatment plan with All About Aesthetics, you can usually expect to be in treatment for a few hours at least. Once the applicator is applied to the body it is attached for one hour, and cannot be removed, so you’ll want to make sure you’re comfortable. Dress in loose fitting clothes that allow for adequate access to areas you are having treated.
Bring something to entertain yourself during the procedure. This can be a good time to catch up on some emails, good books, or binge watch a television series. All About Aesthetics also provides music(bring your own headphones), Wifi, Netflix, and DVD movies for your enjoyment.
If you are unable to come in for multiple hours all at once, it is possible to space treatments out over a few days or weeks. However, we recommend keeping them as close together as possible because you’ll want to start seeing results at the same time.
You may experience a little bruising, or “hickie” effect. Which is common from the suction applied to the body. This can leave the area treated feeling a little tender to touch, so some might want to take a day or two off their ab workout. During the procedure a gel pad is applied to the skin to protect it from the freezing, however, the area treated will have a numbing effect that can last a few days to a few weeks. This doesn’t usually prevent you from doing any activities, it’s more just an odd sensation. Gradually you will regain sensation in the area.
Before Your Treatment
Because the suction of the applicator can be quite strong we recommend avoiding any anti-inflammatories, such as asprin, or advil one week prior to reduce the risk of bruising after the procedure. Bruising is common, and can be expected but usually only last a few days. Other than this there is virtually no downtime afterwards. Patients can get back to their daily activities immediately after treatment.
Each treatment lasts one hour, about the same time you might spend at the gym. So you can easily fit your appointment into a lunch break. Call All About Aesthetics at Raleigh Office Phone Number 919-845-0333 now to schedule your FREE CoolSculpting consultation!

After Your Treatment
You will typically see a noticeable reduction of fat. It takes a few months to fully realize the effects, mainly because it takes that long for your body to naturally dispose of the fat cells. And yes, you can lose even more with additional CoolSculpting appointments if you and your doctor deem it necessary.
So after a few months, you may find that your clothes fit better, and you may feel better as well. With this long-term fat-reduction treatment, there are no needles, no surgery and no down-time! As long as you maintain your normal diet and exercise, your results should remain stable.
Questions & Answers
Where does the fat go?
Once the treated fat cells are crystallized (frozen), the body naturally processes the fat and eliminates these dead cells. Once the treated fat cells are gone, they’re gone for good.
When will I see results?
Your provider will help create an individualized treatment plan tailored to your specific goals. While some patients may see results as early as 3 weeks after their session, most dramatic results are usually seen 1-3 months after treatment.
