Financial Policies

We believe in transparency and making your experience with us as smooth as possible. When you visit our MedSpa, we kindly ask that you settle your account at the time of service for all cosmetic procedures and skincare products. We offer flexible payment options – cash is always welcome (and helps you dodge our small 1.5% credit card processing fee). 

Appointment Policies

We get that life happens, but our time together is precious! Our missed appointment policy helps us keep things running like a well-oiled (and beautifully moisturized) machine. If you need to cancel, we ask for a heads up of at least 48 hours. We have a fee structure for missed appointments: $50 for short visits (0-15 minutes), $100 for medium-length treatments (16-30 minutes), and $150 for longer sessions(31+ minutes). Don’t worry – we give everyone one “free” pass for those unexpected emergencies or surprise sick days. Surgeries that are 2.5 or more hours will have a flat $350 fee as well, due to the extensive setup, sterilization, and prep work that is required.

As for arrival times, we do ask that you plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early to every appointment. This is for photos, forms, etc. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late and we are unable to accommodate your appointment time, we will work with you to reschedule.

Refund and Patient Satisfaction Policy

No refunds might sound strict, but our heart is in making sure you leave our MedSpa feeling absolutely amazing! We’re committed to your satisfaction above all else. If something isn’t perfect, we’ll do whatever we have to do to make it right. Whether that means a complimentary touch-up, an office credit, or finding the perfect alternative treatment, we’re here to ensure you walk out with a smile (and glowing skin)!

Office Deposits

Patients often put down deposits for their procedures as a “safe keeping” that they may lock in a special deal, or as good faith that they will be going forward with the procedure. These deposits are non-refundable, as they are our agreement to you that we will honor proposed pricing, and that you are certain you’d like to pursue your treatment plan!

Surgery deposits can be applied towards other products/procedures if the surgery does not take place.
