Voluma & Lyft

Hyaluronic Acid Volumizers

The hyaluronic acid volumizers are structurally stiffer than hyaluronic acid fillers. As a result, they can help “lift” tissue that is starting to sag, and fill in hollows and deeper wrinkles. They do this by acting as a sponge, taking on water. Lyft is the stronger, stiffer of them.

Results are seen IMMEDIATELY, and improve over the following 2 weeks, as the volumizer settles into place. In the event of a lump or knot, the hyaluronic acid can be rapidly dissolved with an injection of hyaluronidase.

Places on the face where Lyft and Voluma are frequently injected include the under eye hollows, temples, cheeks, nasolabial folds, marionette lines, and angles of the jaw.

If you want a longer lasting option (and one that will additionally improve the tone and texture of your skin!), consider a bio-stimulatory agent, such as BellaFill, Sculptra, or Radiesse.

Remember, the product results are only as good as the injector!! The artistry and experience level of Dr. Hudak is “legendary,” to quote another well-known and well-respected cosmetic injector in the Raleigh area.

It is highly recommended that you review the Volumizer Comparison Chart so you can make an informed decision.
