How Ultherapy Works
Over time, underlying changes to the skin tissue result in lines, wrinkles and sagging skin. Ultherapy delivers microfocused ultrasound energy not-invasively to heat skin tissue at multiple depths, triggering a natural regenerative response that stimulates the growth of new collagen. Results appear gradually over 2-3 months, and improvements can continue up to 6 months after treatment.
Before Your Treatment
The first thing you will want to do is schedule a one-on one consultation with one of our trained technicians in Ultherapy. During this session, Dr. Hudak and or technician will address your concerns, assess your skin and determine if you are a candidate for the treatment.
Once you book your Ultherapy procedure, you won’t need to follow any special preparations or skincare regimens in advance of the treatment.
To enhance your comfort, your practitioner may recommend that your take an over-the counter or prescribed medication before the treatment.

“Why should I come to All About Aesthetics for this service?”
All About Aesthetics has been trained thoroughly by the Ultherapy’s leading clinical technicians. In addition, Dr. Hudak and team have been trained with Dr. Leslie Baughmann’s PA from Miami, Florida. She has amazing results with her patients. Dr. Hudak wants you to feel confident and know you will be in good hands and get the results you are looking for.
“How long does a treatment take?”
The length of the treatment will depend on the areas(s) being treated and your individual treatment plan. A face and neck procedure take 60-90 minutes, while a chest treatment takes approximately 30 minutes.
“Will I need to take time off”
After your Ultherapy Procedure, you can resume your normal activities immediately without having to follow any special post-treatment measures.
“When will I see results and how long will they last?”
You may see some initial effects, but the ultimate results will take place over 2-3 months, as tired collagen is replaced by the growth of new collagen.
As skin continues to age, future touch-up treatments may help to give you more control over the aging process. For many patients, it’s comforting to know that Ultherapy is scientifically proven to increase collagen production in their skin.
“What does the treatment feel like?”
As the ultrasound energy is delivered, you will feel tiny amounts of energy being deposited, indicating that the collagen-building process has begun. Comfort levels vary, but the sensation only lasts while the ultrasound energy is being delivered. Your practitioner will make the experience as pleasant as possible, and most patients leave feeling comfortable and excited about the results to come.
