A.) For exams, surgery consults, and esthetician appointments, please send an email to contact@allaboutaesthetics.com with the following information:

1. Your name
2. Date of Birth
3. Preferred day of appointment (exams are done on Mondays and Tuesdays)
4. Preferred time of day for appointment (morning or afternoon)
5. Your cell phone number
6. Your email address

We will contact you within 24 hours; often within 2 hours.

B.) For surgery questions and surgery appointment requests, send an email to surg.assist@allaboutaesthetics.com with the following information:

1.) Your name
2.) Date of birth
3.) Question or request
4.) Contact information (cell number and email address)

C.) For questions for the Doctor, send an email to admin@allaboutaesthetics.com. There will be a $40 charge for any questions that take more than 7 minutes to answer. Please include the following:

1.) Your name
2.) Date of birth
3.) Your question. Be specific--what is the MAIN concern? When did it start? Which side is involved? Is there pain? If yes, describe the pain. Is it getting worse, better, or the same since onset? What makes it better or worse? Any other associated concerns?
4.) Contact information (your cell phone number and email address)
